Installation
Before you begin, ensure you have the following items ready:
1. Hub Contents
2. Clean/Filtered/Distilled Water.
Follow these steps to set up:
1. Unpack the mattress cover and lay it flat on your bed.
2. Textured print side facing upwards.
3. Pull each corner of the cover until it sits wrinkle- free and snug.
4. Secure the cover with the included corner elastics.
5. Position the hub on a flat, stable surface close to a power outlet and your bed. Plug the hub.
6. Connect the mattress cover tubing securely into the hub’s ports.
7. Open the reservoir lid and gradually add water.
8. Turn on the hub unit. When first powered on, the hub will display E3 to indicate that water needs to be added. If E3 is displayed, add more water.
9. As the system begins circulating, water levels will drop and E3 may reappear. Refill as needed until the reservoir stabilizes below the MAX line.
10. Take note of the maximum water line. Do not overfill. If you overfill, use a dry towel to absorb water.
11. Top up the hub every 2-3 months with new distilled/clean/filtered water. When required, the E3 warning will be displayed.
