Lay Out the Cover

unpack the slowave mattress topper and lay it flat on your bed with the textured print side facing up. pull the corners until it sits snug and wrinkle-free, then secure it using the corner elastics.

Route the Tubing

locate the main insulated water-delivery tubing extending from the side of the mattress cover. ensure it routes smoothly and without any twists toward where your slowave dream pod hub will sit.

Connect the Hub

place the hub on a flat, stable surface next to your bed and plug it into a power outlet. securely click the mattress cover tubing directly into the ports on the back of the hub.

Open the Reservoir

locate the reservoir lid on the top right side of the hub unit. simply lift to open the water port.

Pour in Water

gradually add water into the opening. watch the indicator line closely and be careful not to overfill past the max line.

Power On & Prime

tap the power button to turn the hub on. the screen will display E3 as water begins circulating into the cooling mattress topper. simply add more water until the reservoir stabilizes and the code disappears!
